WHAT WE DO

Do you have a family member who requires specifically tailored wrap around support in their own home? You may also be living with this loved individual. We offer highly specialised care and support packages for individuals who experience mental health conditions and or have learning difficulties. Our service offers crisis intervention to ensure safe and well managed support during times of transition.
We offer community-based support to lower risk and prevent relapse. We are there to help address any challenging behaviour that may place an individual or the public at risk. This reduces referrals to the criminal justice system or admission into a secure hospital unit.
If you would like to have these conversations, or even explore and evaluate decisions processes and expectations, please give us a call.
